With 25 years in the industry, from graduate to Director, COO, and CEO/MD of multiple Tier 1 companies – he has led complex teams, scaled businesses, and launched multiple new business. Known for building high-performing, innovative teams, Evan is a commercially astute, hands-on leader who prioritises relationships, innovation, and empowering people. He remains committed to controlled sustainable growth, operational excellence, and delivering Pinnacl’s core principles on every project.

Josh began his career as a cadet and worked his way through the ranks to become a respected leader in the construction industry. Now a Director at Pinnacl, he is recognised for fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and guiding teams with efficiency and respect. His collaborative style promotes transparency and trust, keeping clients and partners aligned through every stage of delivery.

With extensive experience on complex, large-scale projects, Josh has a proven ability to manage demanding programs, coordinate intricate logistics, and resolve challenges before they escalate. At Pinnacl, Josh combines Tier 1 delivery standards with practical innovation to create certainty of outcome, embedding Relationships, Innovation, and People into every project.

With over three decades in construction, Ben combines technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a strong commitment to collaboration. Rising from Site Manager to Project Manager and Construction Director, he understands every layer of project delivery from the ground up.

At Pinnacl, Ben leads with purpose – empowering teams, driving precision and accountability, and fostering innovation. His track record spans complex, service-intensive projects in operational environments where detail is critical.</p>

Nick is a seasoned construction entrepreneur with over 40 years’ experience founding, scaling, and advising enterprises across the commercial, residential, and infrastructure landscape. As Founder of Icon Co., he grew the business from start-up to national recognition, earning a reputation for innovation, discipline, and delivery.<br>He has overseen landmark projects throughout Australia and New Zealand and established ventures including Evolution Precast and several successful development and consulting businesses.<br>As a Non-Executive Director at Pinnacl, Nick brings deep industry perspective and leadership experience, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and long-term value creation across every project.
